Day 70 • The 5th of September

Maybe it’s the start of a fresh new week, but I’ve been pondering healthy changes to make in my life. I need to take care of my body more. In general I’m fine, but there are definitely things I could improve that would make my daily life run more smoothly and probably be more enjoyable too. It’s hard to change habits and addictions but I don’t want to let them run away with me. These thoughts come up in my mind during every sunrise, I think because it’s such a healthy, pure act in itself. I want to expand upon it and do more for myself in other positive ways. I want to feel strong again, I want to have an appetite — not just for food but for life. I want to feel awake and alive and excited for each new day.

The sunrise is just the beginning.
