Nice one today. Gentle and soothing, which I need this week. I’m trying to practice being kinder to myself when my days don’t pan out well or I’m not able to accomplish as much as I want (or much of anything.) I still have these sunrises. The dedication, even through the rough days, is something to be proud of. And I am! I love this project. I might not be giving myself enough credit. I have so much I want to do. Sometimes it’s good to appreciate all the little things I am doing instead of focusing on what I’m not. I’m trying my best. It seems wrong to expect anything more than that from anyone else, and I should treat myself with the same understanding and respect. We all should. We’re all just doing our best.
