I saw a shooting star last night! It was more like a falling star than one shooting across the sky. Like the star itself got tired and dropped out of the race suddenly. More magic to add to my week! There’s a meteor shower peaking right now, so it wasn’t that shocking but it was the first falling star I’ve seen in Maui (I think.) I’m sure it won’t be the last. The skies here are primed for it. It’s filled with stars, it only makes sense that one of them would drop out of the race (I mean sky) every now and then. What luck to see it.
