Lovely lavender. I’ve been awake for hours, checking my phone every so often to see if sunrise was approaching. Sometimes it’s just too hot to sleep. Now that the sun is arriving and the day is brightening up, I’m ready to go back to sleep again. Funny how that works.

Just for a little bit though. I have lots of work to do! :)

This sunrise was captured in Kihei, Maui at 6:23am on the 20th of October, 2022.
