I just wanted to thank everyone who reached out after my vague post yesterday, inspired by some dark clouds and a couple of bad eggs. Everyone, almost absolutely everyone, has been so kind and supportive and compassionate to me in the last two months. Seriously, thank you. It has meant the world. People who barely know me or my mom and people who are very familiar with me and my mom — you’ve all been so generous and kind. It reminded me that most people in my life are understanding and compassionate and I cannot properly thank you for how much I appreciate it. You cancel out the bad eggs by a million times and I’m reminded how good the world can be. Maybe I do know what true friendship means. Until this weekend I didn’t realize anyone on earth had the capacity to be judgmental and rude in such a situation. Now I see that usually people aren’t. You’ve all been wonderful to me and helpful to my mom and I. I guess I needed a little light and discovered I was surrounded by it. Thank you for being there for both of us and showering us in love and light. I am so grateful and will remember it always. ❤️
