21 days, 3 weeks, enough time that a new sunrise habit should be implanting itself in my brain. Truthfully though? It’s still wrecking me. I get out of bed no problem, but I feel tired in my bones. If this project manages to cure my insomnia, an issue since childhood, it will mean much more than art to me. It will mean health and life.
