I’ve been on a nice cleaning spree this week, making up for the couple of months of being busy. I like getting everything in order for our working weekend at the bar and putting all my art supplies away for a couple of days. Then our apartment is fresh and ready to go when we come back to it, be it after our shifts or when the new week starts again and I return to art. It fits that sense of balance I’m always seeking. Besides. The bar shifts aren’t going to last forever and I’m starting to prepare myself for a new phase in my art career. In either case, it’s nice to have a clean apartment to return to.
